Just south of Highlands, NC, Dry Falls (also known as Upper Cullasaja Falls) is so named because you can walk behind the waterfall and stay relatively dry. I captured this long exposure shot of this natural beauty during October of 2020, after heavy rains the week before gave the Cullasaja River the most water I've ever seen flowing over the falls.
I love the beautiful world God created. I'm like Indiana Jones on a treasure quest when hunting for my photos in the GA/SC/NC triangle. "Capturing the beauty of the moment" sums up the essence of my photography.
